    I'm about to make dinner – sausage and bean soup. Should be interesting! Saw a house today – was quite nice, didn't fall in love though. Saw the outside of a couple of places, hopefully we can view them next week as they were in beautiful locations.

    Recently saw The Town – it was OK, a bit ridiculous. Set in Boston and follows a group of bank robbers. One of them falls in love with one of the witnesses, blah blah. Nothing original here, but probably worth a DVD rental. Skip the movie theater, though.

    Directed by Ben Affleck, I still can't believe it got 8.1/10 on imdb.

    Also watched the Ghost Writer – Ewan McGregor is hired as a replacement ghost writer for the British Prime Minister as the last writer died in mysterious circumstances. Again, an OK movie. Samantha from Sex in the City was terrible in the film, and there was an absolutely TERRIBLE spelling mistake that somehow made it into the movie – when the CNN ticker is shown it says 'Bristish Prime Minister'. Something like that sticks in my mind for the rest of the film!

I use one teabag of each… and try to make the tea before bed and have it on my nightstand so I can drink it down if I wake up. Taking a bath before bedtime with 3 cups of epsom salts will also help and relax the body. I also listen to podcasts without music in them to help me get back to sleep.

    I think I've tried both of those teas, Sariz. Do you find they help you get to sleep? Personally, if I drink tea within about 4 hours of bedtime, I'll be up during the night peeing – not really what you want if you're aiming for a good night's sleep!
